Where applicable, Degr\u00e9 12 agrees to select a Subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees as to the technical and organisational security measures for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.<\/p>\n
Use of the Site by Users may involve the communication of personal data. The processing of such data by Degr\u00e9 12, in its capacity as Data Controller, or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Degr\u00e9 12, shall be in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.<\/p>\n
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of the processing of personal data are communicated to the User and are as follows:
\n1. To gather statistics in order to improve the Site, the services offered and the internal organisation;

\na. Right of access
\nIn accordance with article 15 of the Regulation, Degr\u00e9 12 guarantees the User\u2019s right of access to their personal data. The User has the right to obtain access to said personal data as well as the following information:
\n\u2022 the purposes of the processing;
\n\u2022 the categories of personal data concerned;
\n\u2022 the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients who are established in third countries or international organisations;
\n\u2022 where possible, the period for which the personal data is to be kept or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;

\nb. Right of rectification
\nDegr\u00e9 12 guarantees the right of rectification and deletion of personal data to the user.
\nIn accordance with article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant data can be corrected or deleted at any time. The User shall first make the necessary changes themselves from their user\/other account, unless these cannot be made independently, in which case the request can be made to Degr\u00e9 12.
\nIn accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any rectification of the personal data, unless such disclosure proves impossible or would require disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information on these recipients on request.
\nc. Right to deletion
\nThe User has the right to obtain the deletion of their personal data as soon as possible in the cases listed in article 17 of the Regulation.
\nWhere the Data Controller has made the personal data public and is required to delete this pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Data Controller shall, taking into account the available technology and the costs of implementation, take reasonable steps, including technical steps, to inform the other data controllers processing such personal data that the data subject has requested the deletion by such data controllers of any link to, or any copy or reproduction of, such personal data.
\nThe two preceding paragraphs shall not apply to the extent that such processing is necessary:
\n\u2022 for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
\n\u2022 to comply with a legal obligation requiring the processing set out by Union law or by the law of the Member State to which the controller is subject, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller;

The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information on these recipients on request.
\nd. Right to limit processing
\nThe User has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of their personal data in the cases listed in article 19 of the Regulation.
\nIn accordance with article 19 of the Regulation, the Data Controller shall notify each recipient to whom personal data has been disclosed of any restriction on the processing carried out, unless such disclosure proves impossible or would require disproportionate effort. The Data Controller shall provide the data subject with information on these recipients on request.
\ne. Right to data portability
\nIn accordance with article 20 of the Regulation, Users have the right to receive from Degr\u00e9 12 personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Users have the right to transfer this data to another data controller without Degr\u00e9 12 being able to prevent this in the cases provided for by the Regulation.
\nWhen the User exercises their right to data portability in accordance with the previous paragraph, they have the right to have their personal data transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically possible.
\nThe exercise of the right to data portability is without prejudice to the right to deletion. This right shall not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.
\nThe right to data portability does not affect the rights and freedoms of third parties.
\nf. Right to object and automated individual decision making
\nThe User has the right at any time to object to the processing of their personal data due to their particular situation, including the automation of data by Degr\u00e9 12. In accordance with article 21 of the Regulation, Degr\u00e9 12 will no longer process personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests and rights and freedoms of the User, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
\nWhere personal data is processed for the purpose of canvassing, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for such canvassing purposes, including profiling in as far as it is linked to such canvassing.
