As for most London owners, the wine is stored in a central depot one hour’s drive from home, so it’s not always easy to organize surprise tastings. All that was needed was a tiny room at the end of a corridor for this 6m² wine cellar which stores 1,300 bottles. Enough to bring home most of the wines that are ready to drink. The owner can now look forward to some very pleasant evenings.

Special characteristics

This totally tailor-made cellar is made of light oak to fit in with the rest of this typical suburban London house. A night-light sends a beam of light through the glass door as a reminder of past pleasures.
