A well-known Brussels chocolate-maker wanted to bring the entire contents of his cellar, three floors below, into his apartment. To achieve this, we designed and installed a tailor-made wine cabinet to store all types of containers: half-bottles, bottles, magnums, double magnums, wooden cases…
This unusual wine cabinet offers everything that a cellar could offer, and all at a constant temperature of 12°.

Special characteristics

Set just below the vault, the technical box houses the refrigeration and humidification system. The compressor has been moved into the building cellars to ensure that there is no noise in the kitchen. The double UV filter (cabinet placed near a window) prevents discoloration on the labels.
